You can permanently delete your QuickTap Audio account and all associated data. There are two ways to do this:
Option 1 — Instantly, in the app
Open QuickTap Audio, go to Settings → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes your account and data. This is the fastest option.
Option 2 — Request deletion here
If you can't access the app, enter the email address on your account below. We'll email you a confirmation link — click it and your account is deleted immediately and automatically. No waiting, and no one else has to approve it.
What gets deleted:
- Your profile and login (email, account record)
- All soundboards, pads, and NFC tag links
- Team/player names, numbers, and photos
- Uploaded audio and image files in cloud storage
- Purchase/entitlement records tied to your account
Check your email. If an account exists for that address, we've just sent a confirmation link. Open the email and click the link to permanently delete your account. The link expires in 1 hour.
